CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS: Your appointments are very important to me. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require to be notified before the 72 hour mark for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 72 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. NO CALL/NO SHOWS: If you do not contact me to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled. ​ ​ TARDINESS: Here at Halle Keene Hair there is a 15 minute tardiness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Timing is very important to me and my clients who are scheduled after. NO REFUNDS: I do not offer refunds of any kind. Deposits are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your hair, you have a week grace period to contact me and come in for an adjustment service. Thank you for understanding!
